  • Cr Ron Mildren declared an indirect conflict of interest in item 8.5.

    Council recorded the nature of the interest as: Cr Mildren is a Board member of Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation, and the organisation has an interest in the delivery of aboriginal youth services under a grant to the parent company of Aligned Leisure.
