Conflicts of interest declared

    Council recorded the nature of the interest as: Cr Hall’s daughter owns property in the Whenby Grange Estate.

  • Cr Ron Mildren declared an indirect conflict of interest in item 8.10.

    Council recorded the nature of the interest as: Cr Mildren’s business has previously worked for the Ordinary meeting - May 18, 2020 developers of the Kinchington Estate with respect to the variation to their section 173 agreement, and this new report involves a section 173 agreement that is similar in many respects and, as such, may have implications for the Kinchington Estate.
