Question time at council meetings is conducted in accordance with Rule 62 of the Meeting Procedure Local Law (chapter 2 of the Governance Rules). There was one question but as it related to a “personnel matter” is was disallowed under Rule 62.10.5 of chapter two of the Governance Rules. The CEO advised that the question will be treated as routine correspondence and a response provided by officers.

    Council recorded the nature of the interest as: Cr Mildren’s business has previously advised North East Water in respect to similar and related matters.

    Council recorded the nature of the interest as: Cr Quilty’s child attends Victory Lutheran College.

Motion Crs Ron Mildren / Libby Hall That: 1.
