Question time at council meetings is conducted in accordance with Rule 62 of the Meeting Procedure Local Law (chapter 2 of the Governance Rules). There was one question but as it related to a “personnel matter” is was disallowed under Rule 62.10.5 of chapter two of the Governance Rules. The CEO advised that the question will be treated as routine correspondence and a response provided by officers.

When authorised by the Minister for Planning, officers exhibit the amendment to the Wodonga Planning Scheme in accordance with notice requirements under section 19 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
